Now, now, let's not be sore winners. They would never do that.

I thought they struck it down. The individual health insurance mandate part, at least.

Sorry, CNN was reporting incorrect information on their website. Now they have changed their headline. :?
Yes, Obamacare has been upheld.

Can't wait to see people being dragged off to jail for not buying a product.
Americans will accept that, too, no doubt.

Yay! We can all pay more for health insurance! Those insurance executives weren't rich enough! Hopefully the SWAT team they send to my house for not being able to pay this 'tax' doesn't kill my dog before sending me to their rape cage.

It's also in the face of all american citizens in general...since from my understanding that bill has something in it about being required to purchase health insurance well I can't afford it so it may have been better before when its not required by law.

As far as I am concerned the Republicans and Democrats are both a scam...I doubt either would come up with a good healthcare plan.

So to me it makes sense paying taxes for public services, and certain products being taxed no big deal there to me. But let me get this straight, with this bill that was passed they want people to pay more taxes for 'not' purchasing a product(health insurance)? I mean they say its not a tax but if it goes to the IRS how is it not a tax? They just don't want to admit to taxation without representation which is what this is.......I mean if one buys cigarettes they know they will be paying a tax that comes with buying it but being taxed for not buying something? I am kind of curious and disturbed to see where this will lead.

HOO! HOO!
Now the only thing better would be for everyone to be covered by Medicare, and give us real universal healthcare.

Somehow I don't think this bill is going to lead to anything good like that...

This sets a precedent that the government may force people to purchase ANYTHING.
It's a terrible decision. What we need is socialized healthcare.

Partisanship has brainwashed people into thinking this law will actually help them. The democrats passed this law so it must be good! It's all about scoring political touchdowns and they willfully blind themselves to reality.

Socialized healthcare still involves the government forcing people to purchase healthcare.
