The homes are occupied by large families. One of them happens to be a terrorist, but to kill that one terrorist Israel would have to kill the entire family, and that isn't right... it just creates more terrorists for the future.
Would it be alright if in this country entire families would be executed because 1 person in the family is a criminal?
It seems from the article that the militants are crowding into said homes. So it is not just one, from what the article is implying. Yes there are civilians in there as well.
Those civilians are putting themself in danger. They are being stupid. They said they are going to blow that building up. They said to get out. They stay anyway. If they want to die like that, it's their choice. The civilians in there are there for a reason. They are there to PROTECT the terrorists. If someone was protecting the people who want to wipe me and my fellow countrymen off the face of the planet, they are helping the enemy and can be killed. It really should not have to boil down to that, but it must.
