Any one transgressing our borders should be shot dead on sight. No warning, just gunfire.

I support productive immigration, IE migration of labor with desired skillsets to countries that are in need of those skillsets.

No. Maybe if you didn't have to provide education, healthcare, etc other services, birthright citizenship to their children, and the promise of eventual amnesty it could be feasible but that's ignoring the whole security issue.

Chief Joseph, Sitting Bull, Red Cloud, Geronimo, Cochise, all tried to get rid of us illeagle aliens!

And were not going to "self deport" anytime soon either.

I think all of us illeagles are here to stay.

I am fine with immigration but not illegal immigration. I wouldnt try trespassing in another country or enter another country to live there without permission.

Legal immigration? Sure, set at a reasonable level that is tailored to the needs of Britain. Also, a lot of people should be allowed to come to the UK to work but not to live. They can have permits for the duration, and then be sent back.
Illegal immigration? NO!

Simple as that.

We need to get out of the EU and EEA as well.

I actually said yes. I think people should have the right to live in any country they wish. Why not I mean?

We have open borders for capital, but not for the people who follow that capital. That sucks.

But I think there should be completely open borders.

In Denmark, immigration is currently detrimental to the national economy (both legal and illegal).

Open Borders are like unlocked doors. An open invitation to theft and trespass. Good fences make good neighbors (credit to Carl Sandburg for that).

We need to know who is coming in and coming out of our country.

I do agree we need to make it easier for good, hard working people to come to America though and easier to kick out the welfare leeches and criminals.

The aboriginal nations of North America had open immigration and look what happened to them.

Exactly. All that happens with open borders is that unproductive people from poor, backward countries are given carte blanche to go to rich countries and suck the wealth and life out of them. The more of them they are and the more clout they have, the more the rich country will turn into what they left behind.
