I found these maps kind of cute, yea they are stereotypes both held by those it describes, and projected unto them by people who despise them but they are very telling.

A snob? Moi? Those Greeks would be in a whole lot more trouble if we Low Lands snobs didn't eat tons of Greek produce and have a nice cheap holiday there!

yea the greek one had gotten the most laughs on my blog as well, it is especially cute that people get it immediately because these stereotypes are quite common.

Nice maps! Although I wonder why the authors decided Italy seems to have been fallen out of the sphere of influence of the Vatican, whereas parts of Spain are predicted to be core empire to the Vatican.
