The UN Summit on International Mental Health Laws that was held on September of 2008 (Go figure..)
and suggests that internationally - every person with a mental disability -
be treated the same way.

However, as it currently stands, I don't believe until we install William McKinley,
and some Victory Gardens, as well as a fair, regulated, physically and well-documented
and honored agreement between First Nations and the ruling British Colonies.

I believe that the UN should include millions of people with Autism and MS, and all sorts of
disabilities in this disussion from all levels of society for the public to disseminate.

This is getting really ridiculous, all of this omnibus and synchronized bill promulgating.

What is supposed to be so wrong about that?

Disability is mentioned twice in that article. First: people with mental disorders or disabilities have the right to healthcare.

Second: countries should be supported in combating stigma and discrimination against mental disabilities.
