Today he appeared at North Somerset Magistrates' Court where he pleaded guilty to eight counts of voyeurism and 18 counts of making indecent images.

The court heard Lee, who was suspended from his post when he was arrested in July last year, installed secret cameras to spy on his victims, but was found out when the pictures were spotted on his laptop.

Another paedophile pervert who manages to sully the reputation of religion even further, if such a thing is even possible.

Could he not get a woman to fulfil his voyeuristic fantasies legally or something?

Has no relevence to "sullying religion" per se.

Every bearacracy, secular or otherwise, gets pervs who plant hidden cameras to exploit underlings. This kinda scandal happens all of the time in every setting.

However -since the Anglican Church allows priests to marry, and since the catholic global pedaphile scandal is often blamed on the celibacy requirement of priesthood- a catholic might collect this story as evidence that sects that dont require celibacy in clergy "get as many pervs as we do so you cant blame celibacy".

So posting this story only plays into the hands of the Catholic fundies.
