People will treat you as a guest unto their own lives, when in truth, expecting you to conform to their own scene of reality, when their a guest unto yours as well.

Who and what I am is apparently changing as circumstances change.
I went from a chronically depressed, overly educated social outcast to being a father and husband, to grasping I am what and who I am due to a high functioning form of autism.
I like to imagine that I'm one of those creative types who are content to live in genteel poverty, as long as I have my wife and daughter, friends I can carry on intellectual discussions with, and the occasional movie and beer to keep me occupied.
As for the why... I like to think I was necessary to bring someone as wonderful as my daughter into the world. That, and I suppose God might have some reason for everyone, unless he's content to grind out sentient beings just for the hell of it. That, and because I and everyone else are the latest mass product of human evolution.
