Pretty self explanatory. The website that became famous for its 3D printed AR lower receiver and "Cuomo" 3D printed "high" capacity magazine has now been seized by Homeland Security and is being charged with violating federal gun control and copyright laws. SMH

First, enforcement of gun laws is ATF, not DHS. DHS was working in conjunction with the Department of Justice, of which ATF is a part, to carry out a District Court order. Perfectly legal. Second, if they violated the federal gun laws, then they needed to be shut down. They broke the law.

I looked up their site. It's for real.

I love the whole 3D printer thing. 20k for a sh***y plastic thing, vs 20k being able to buy you a hell of a machine shop able to make everything on a gun short of rifling a barrel (maybe that's possible, too?) Yeah man, 3D printers saving the 2nd Amendment.

Yeah man, how can civilians make guns without 3D printers?

I think by this time in history the ATF has proven itself more of a liability than an asset.

Plastic printers are pretty cheap now ($3k a pop for a 90s model), but regardless, metal printers are the ones to worry about.

Either way, they protect 2A rights. The lack of it in CA (stupid 10 round law) is the 2ND biggest reason to leave.

Bro, the Constitution is irrelevant nowadays. Nobody gives a f**k about the 2nd Amendment or any of the others.

Anyway, I'm off to Canada, where you can get a Norinco M14 clone for $500 and ammo for circa 2007 prices here in the States. The USA has become the USSR.

Current prices aside, you'll find Canadian gun laws to be considerably more restrictive.

Because they want guns and ammo for themselves?

This doesn't mean they actually care about the Second Amendment.
