Golly, look at this... another piece of NWO internet paranoia.

DHS Has Declared War On the USA

Welcome to the Fatherland, where there is no constitution, no justice and, at the present moment, no future. Our way of life, our culture and even our lives are in jeopardy if we do not quickly reign in an out of control and potentially deadly Department of Homeland Security.

Questions
Did anyone else remember when the announcement was made that a new federal agency, an agency we did not need nor an agency that we could afford, was going to protect us from terrorists? Did any of you have a negative reaction when it was revealed that the name of the agency was the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)? Did you immediately think about Nazi Germany and “Der Fatherland?” I don’t know about you, but I do not want to live in a “Homeland” or a “Fatherland”. I want to return living in a Republic. Did you know that DHS paid ex-East German Stasi head, Markus Wolf, millions of dollars to set up the organizational structure of DHS? Did you have a “what the hell” moment the first time you saw DHS Director, Janet Napolitano, roll out her see something, say something Stasi civilian spy on your neighbor program? Do you avoid flying because of the invasive sexual molestations that the TSA subject the public to? If so, blame DHS, they oversee the TSA who hires pedophiles, felons and just general perverts. Did you know that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security and we will get into why this significant later in this article.

I'm really getting tired of this asinine melodrama. It seems that, on every forum and social media website I go to, there's always talk about some evil scheme by the globalists/the Jews/The Catholic Church/the Antichrist/whogivesadamn that completely defies common sense and rationality, cynically exploiting our fears and concerns about our leaders and warping us into proud wearers of the tinfoil hat. Let's face it, its people like those who wrote this article that are tearing this nation apart.

Peace,

There are different types of conspiracy nuts.

Type 1: healthy skepticism, some of what they suspect could be true
Type 2: rarely are their assertions true, almost entirely BS
Type 3: seek professional mental health assistance

Do you consider 9/11 "truthers" to be healthy skeptics?

To the OP:

The government is NOT your friend. It never has been and it never will be. Government is about control and force.

The government isn't actually a collective entity of one unified mind and way of thinking.

@ruveyn,

I agree with MCalavera. To assume that the entirety of the United States government consists of power-mad control freaks implies a level of cynicism I doubt I could ever reach. Granted, our government needs a lot of work, but its best not to look at the whole thing with jade-colored glasses.

I'm ashamed to admit but I believed some ridiculous conspiracy theories at one point. I wasn't mature enough to realize how crazy they were.

I can't see how a fully developed adult would believe these things but I'd be concerned about young teenagers/tweens or children reading them. They could easily take absorb the theories and take them to heart.

Meet the New World Order™.
Same as the Old World Order™.

We simply restructured ourselves into a religious entity to achieve tax exemption.

We also no longer directly influence world events: Instead we encourage the selective annihilation of kings, presidents and government officials through manipulation of the derivatives market.

Why, as a matter of fact, I recently bought fire insurance on my neighbour's house. Don't mind me... I'm just dousing his home with petroleum when he is on vacation...

The following website contains irrefutable proof of my statements:

While government can be the enemy - when it serves only the interest of the few - it can also be made to actually do things for the common good of all citizens. That's why I say: GOD BLESS THE NANNY STATE! Give me a government that actually helps people than one that actively hurts it's citizens - or could care less about it's people.

I'd like to make a specific comment about the Catholic Church: They really do have far too much control over people and certain countries. I am not into conspiracy theories like the Illuminati, though. But they have some people who are really, really close minded and are working against the common good. I also do not like religious propaganda. Anyways...

I do not trust governments, and I think that's a good thing. However, just because I do not trust them, does not mean I am actively looking for some sort of conspiracy. There will be people who try and manipulate and control people, especially if they manage to control the information you receive. But, man, the people you talk about annoy me. I know one of them, and he drives me nuts. All they have to do is reflect upon facts at hand. You can look up data, laws, law proposals, so on. I'm pretty sure people in Nazi Germany knew, for the most part, what was going on for a while before it got really bad. I highly doubt something really, really out there is just going to randomly pop up.

However, the USA government, along with others, really annoy me. They are screwing over the middle class, and I'll tell you why: They deregulated the financial industry for a while, and the results have been a giant housing bubble that we still haven't seen the full negative effects of. The Federal Reserve is helping keep insolvent banks afloat, and wealth inequality is becoming a bigger gap. The lower the income inequality (at least to an extent), the bigger the middle class. The more middle class you have, the better off your people are. I can't say I know what will happen, but I can say first world governments have been keeping back the truth (the data is out there, but it's just not advertised) and encouraging asset bubbles.

Also, I suspect some of these people might be Schizophrenic. They connect dots where there are no dots. Of course, not all Schizophrenic people are that paranoid.

I consider them more to be type 2's , but some of them are type 3's.

So I'll go with 2.5

I heard a saying before that went, "When in doubt, half it out." It seems like that applies here.
