The man in the video is asking some very good questions. He asks about pre-destination. He asks about what God's interaction/relationship is with people. He asks about how suffering relates to God. He asks questions about whether a belief in hell is feasible. He does not disprove that God exists, but then the woman on the phone doesn't prove that the God she believes in is a loving Creator.

I'm just editing this to make myself sound less patronizing. Questions are good. It's how we learn about stuff and understand the world around us.

The caller was wrong in her response to the challenger's third question. Things happen contrary to the will of God all the time, due to us and the world both being in a fallen state.
