confused

I lost you at Godzilla.

I AM sorry you are confused..but that is completely understandable...

7 years ago before I got..sick I would have never imagined I would be writing a melodious free verse style of 'beat' poetry..

Or better yet..any writing at all...

I was never a writer..before I got..sick..in fact I was a visual thinker moreover than a verbal thinker..

So much in fact..when I lost my usable vision..I was completely lost in my mind without any visual images to navigate the world...

So in other words..My mind was complete chaos..

Well..today I AM in total control of the verbal thoughts in my mind..So much now that I am at the point where I can create my own wordplays on the English Language...

My form of Autism is closely related to Hyperlexia..in that I have an extreme ability for learning with input but a language delay until age 4..and difficulty speaking ors writing coherently most of my life...

I developed a sing song voice to connect the language and emotions..to avoid stuttering throughout the years...finally with some good success into my 40's until i fell so very Ill with all the health problems starting about 2006 and accelerating through 2008...until the point of total human exhaustion...through the continuous hyper-vigilence of associated stress...

The adrenal glandswere basically stuck in the on position for about 2 years..and beyond..even past human exhaustion....

The Pain I was in was indescribable and eventually I became so numb to life...that I prayed for pain..as I no longer could feel anything at one point..like a piece of paper..and yeah..that's extremely hard to have any idea what that type of human hell is unless one experiences...IT...

My lowest point came in 2008...at the bottom of 35 days of 1 hour each sleep and the last 5 of 40 with absolutely no sleep...IT was a human hell where every second seemed like a thousand years..of hell...

It's actually quite fascinating to even me..now as now my physical body is healed for the problems I had with my heart and blood pressure with dysautonomia.. vasovagal pre syncope..Sgrogren's Syndrome(eyes made no tears)..Fibromyalgia..the atypical trigeminal neuralgia that not only affected my eyesight but affected my ears to not even be able to listen.. to music..Severe Arthritis in my neck and moderate arthritis in my lower back along with a congenitally fused vertebrae in the T6 vertebrae of my neck along with a smaller right shoulder bone..from the overall association with Klippel Feil Syndrome...

My state of mind and health being overall is only what I can describe as bliss compared to those years of suffering all that human pain...

But here is the thing..the greatest issue for me..that I believe led to all these health problems was simply severe anxiety...of not being in control of my life..per feeling like I would die if I lost my 20 something years tenure as a civil service employee..

This post is not nearly finished..but the main gist of this post when finished is going to be an attack on fear...

The devil is a mythological symbol for the basic fear of death...that most humans feel in their life...as collective intelligence and language allows humans to dwell on fears..that are only illusory in reality...

The only two innate fears of man are falling and loud noises...

So everything else is an illusion of fear that is possible to be unlearned...

Well.. after my bout with some of the severest Anxiety my doctor had ever seen..and a forecast that I would never recover...

I am gaining myself to that point..now...with the help of my new written language capabilities to connect language and emotion....

Not sure My method of connecting them back with Music and free verse beat poetry would work for anyone else to cure these type of health problems through the power of positive thinking..but I cannot help but to at least attempt to share my current..now..bliss with other folks..AS I could be only selfish..If not to share IT with someone out there in the listening audience..that might inspire them a little bit...who knows..even to save their lives...as the emptiness that often comes with Alexithymia..the condition that I an also diagnosed with...can quite Frankly lead people to a path for suicide...

Eighty-Five percent of the spectrum is suggested in research to be impacted by Alexthymia..and yes the world play...beat poetry..and my new athletic endeavors to TAI CHI like movements..Yoga...DAnce..and listening to all and every positive piece of music..that leads one to the light of positivity...

THIS at least in part...HAS restored my ability to laugh again...and express myself with actual heart felt emotions that other people can understand in real life...

My first step was to finally leave the rigid..black..and white..thinking styles behind and move to a more positive way of music influence...

And finally being able to finally really connect and understand my emotions with actual language has most definitely been a GOD send to me..as not only do I experience deep emotions again...I have the ability to control them and express them well..which I am still increasing in skills everyday..

In effect..I have cured the reciprocal communication challenges of my Autism in real life..and I even score an 11 on the AQ quiz as opposed to 44 to 45...just 3 months or so ago...

My wife and I's Licensed Social clinical worker...with decades of experience with other people on the spectrum with difficulties with language and emotion...says it is a miracle...

She's never seen anyone gain their emotions back that quickly that actually had close to none only a previous few months before...

For over 5 years I could not remember what it was like to laugh or even feel a smile on my face..I was in effect the living dead 24-7 and the extreme pain I was always in with the dagger like pain in my eye..and ear pain too..was part of what also took my emotions away above and beyond the stress..but again..I am positive now that the bottom line of all my health issues was extreme anxiety...of not having any control over my life...which unfortunately I know fully now was only an illusion as the fears were only something I learned...

Well I am almost pain free now..a little stiff now and then...and the right hemisphere of my brain is finally matched in ability to understand language metaphor as compared to the logical side of my brain that basically worked like a computer with almost no emotions...

I experience beautiful complex emotions now..can identity many I could never identify before..and better yet...have almost complete control over them...along with movement through TAI Chi movements..YOGA.. extreme exercise including walking in reverse..and the ultimate experience of bliss..almost always..that is 10 times even better than sex...

I cannot take anyone to this..place...ALL I can do is share my experience...

And yeah..It's strange...

But the bottom line is I got the result I was looking for as far as getting my emotions back...

But never expected the bliss I have now..that only increases as time goes on ..as I finally find my true will in this...life...

As if I had been here forever in the now doing this...

So no..I do not expect even the majority of people here to understand many of the metaphors and word play I use in beat poetry...but a few do...and some have even been healed a little in connection back to emotions..and language problems 2...

SO IT is definitely worth the effort..as I am not here to impress anyone or even gain attention...I know what worked for me..and yes..I do nowKNow there are other people who have recovered from some of these problems with similar tools to connect the emotion and language centers of the brain...gaining greater strength in social cognition..as opposed to the type of mechanical cognition..that build car engines..model planes..houses..etc...etc..etc...

Well this was a long post but you as a human being mean enough to me...where IT is definitely worth my best effort to try to help you understand why my methods of communication are looking so much differently here lately ...as compared to the way I used to communicate...

IT IS philosophy..religion..and even politics and all of that..wrapped into a free verse expression of beat poetry..not everyone's cup of tea..but still yet..tasty for some people....

The GODZILLA myth was developed in Japan after the nuclear bombing...there in the 40's...

This gave Japan a way to have some psychological feeling of control...over the fears of more Nuclear bombs torturing the inhabitants...

So in effect IT was like a Nuclear radioactive fire breathing dinosaur...

And yeah..closely related to what one might..describe as a Tyrannosaurus REX...

I like dinosaurs anyway...

And It's Just Halloween..and more than anything this is a celebration of that Holiday...

Along with the depths of possibilities in imagination...

If one dares to move outside

of the box..

of the system that is modern culture....

And closely related to autism spectrum

disorders too...

So in total effect the GODALLAHGODZILLA

is just another metaphor...

For what people mythologically describe as the Devil....

Religion..and GOD in general has been a lifelong ‘special interest’ of mine…

I guess I’ve probably spent at least a full year of pondering..and researching everything associated with IT out of the 53 years of my life…

It IS most amusing to me..in an ironic way…

Now that I understand what IT IS like not to physically be able to experience empathy or any human emotions of significance due to extreme and unrelenting pain for 5 years…

IS that for those individuals that are deficient in empathy and or emotions..there is likely no way..they ever experience the actual sensations of connecting to what I describe as GOD as LOVE and LIGHT..in my own true will opinion…

Which is nothing different than I understand what the historical Jesus was trying to communicate with others..

Simply that BLISS is available now as the kingdom of heaven…not a fairytale to look forward to after death…

Simply eliminating all illusory fears..personal judgement and loving others as one self..but more than any other..learning to love one’s self as what one might call GOD…

So the spirit the father..and one becomes ONE….

Well..in effect what I SEE as CHRIST IS THAT SPIRIT OF LOVE AND LIGHT..THE ABSENCE OF ILLUSORY FEARS..PERSONAL JUDGEMENT AGAINST OTHERS…LOVING ONESELF AS ONE…AND ALL OTHERS…

SO..IN EFFECT…the so called religious right..that writes their messages of personal judgement against those less fortunate or biologically blessed…

Are the true in ANTI-CHRIST in TOTAL EFFECT…

But yet they know not what they do…

So as usual..

Tolerated I guess..and even accepted as challenge more…

But so sad as like the rich guy..they will likely never pass through the eye of the needle..

The attention span of most people these days is about 2 sentences..anyway..

It's a trick you see..nah..you might not see..that's ok too...

Some folks get IT..some don't..that's kool too...

Reading comprehension is understood as a problem with many people on the spectrum anyway..regardless of the structure of the poetry or whatever....

But..with practice that can change..too.. if a person meets the adaptation required for whatever challenge comes along...

You see..this is a challenge..that is all...

To move outside the prison of the box....

That is more prevalent on this website..than perhaps any other in the world..

As yeah..this is the spectrum...

But IT is does not have to be a prison..

For those that meet the challenges that come in life..

And do not easily..

give up...

Just consider IT twitter talk..hehe....

After all.. that is what communication is moving to..

anyway...

Short.. abbreviated.. disjointed.. thoughts...

But also anyway..

I am Hyperlexic and read 10 to 15 times faster than the average human being..and type about 130 words per minute...

I can read backwards as fluently as forwards too..

So I guess.. I don't have much personal empathy...in problems with reading..that I can possibly relate too..

I'm usually finished reading an entire page..by the time someone reads the first few sentences in real life..

At the times I had to read along with someone else at work... etc..

They usually said OH s**t! you can read that fast?

And me surprised that they could not do it...

Until I was tested for reading speed.....

Much later on in life...

Along with the Autism spectrum diagnosis..

Knowledge of Hyperlexia...
and all of that....

Some people on the spectrum do not read fast and do not read well...

That is just the way it goes...in the Jungle....

But again..through the process of neuroplasticity...much of this can change....

And again...if a person simply does not give up on the..

challenges presented in life...

Even ones only for practice....
