No, this "myth" was one of the 70 or so prophesies about Jesus foretold in the Old Testament.
Isaiah 7 14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you[c] a sign: The virgin[d] will conceive and give birth to a son, and[e] will call him Immanuel.
As for it being "biologically impossible" for a Virgin to have a baby, there are probably a few hundred thousand artificially inseminated cattle that would disagree with you Jono.
