20 years of Wisconsin winters have taken a toll on my psyche. The fact that I bust out the shorts once it hits 50(sometime around May lol) is sad.

Jacoby, is there still snow on the ground in your state? There is in Winnipeg, but it's been melting recently a fairly prodigal rate.

I think there is still some up northern part of the state but down in Milwaukee its all been melted up for about 2 or so weeks thankfully. I wouldn't be surprised if we get another decent snowfall before it's all said and done tho. We always seem to get something in April. We had a pretty big blizzard back in early February before the Superbowl that dropped like 18+ inches on the snow we already had, winning certainly numbed the dread of that at least. As I'm you've experienced, helping people push cars out of snowbanks SUCKS. I'm just too nice of guy sometimes.

I do enjoy the outdoors in my state tho once the weather gets nice especially in the northern portion of the state where my family is from. I've lived my whole life down in a rustbelt inner city but spent good amount of time during my childhood up in the northwoods when my grandfather was still alive and really came to appreciate the outdoors and the rural or at least semi-rural lifestyle. It really is a beautiful state especially when compared to our flat cousins to the south.

For some reason I think much of the emmigration is from the Lower Midwest.
