Ok he may have been frustratingly annoyingly competent to debate, but, I cannot believe that after over 14000 post's, this is his last ever

The major difference is that IQ tests aren't very topical, but school tests tend to be. So, only a few certain kinds of people will get an IQ score of 145 or something, but a lot of people in a class will get an A on the test based largely on the preparation. Even in SAT testing, while practice can boost your score, it won't bring it up to perfect math and verbal scores automatically, otherwise every rich family would have bought a perfect SAT score, but... we know they didn't.

Cmom, the destroyer of soles, the reaver of intellec,t cannot have left us on this note. Surely!

He takes long breaks and resurfaces from time to time, but he hasn't been a regular participant in a while. Which is too bad, he's one of my favorite posters. I also wonder where Orwell has gotten off too, the two of them were often in the same threads, and were always worth reading even if you didn't agree with them.

Well the religion topics have certainly improved now that there is no competition amongst the atheists to be the biggest muppet. That little organisation of he had setup was a race to the bottom. I found that he had a blind spot when it came to religion but it was interesting to see how much we agreed on other topics.

Rather an atheistic muppet than a foolish religionist who bends and warps reality to continue their belief. And anyhow I would contend that someone who calls another on irrational belief and asks them to perform some critical thinking is hardly a muppet. It seems to me that you do not like when the fantasies held as fact by many on this forum are challenged.
