I mean, just listen to that I don't know, is song a big enough word to encompass what this masterpiece achieves.

I believe that they found this original footage to retroactively make this documentary about Jesus in a Gambian news studio. They also found 10 lost episodes of Doctor Who I believe but they aren't going to bother making a film about that.

So if you were wondering if the bible was enough to confirm anything, just listen to that song those inspired lyrics.

Glad that's settled then, if Only Richard Dawkins had waited a few years before he wrote his book and he may have had time to see this first.

I hardly think a fictional movie that was written approximately 2,000 years after the supposed events proves a single thing. The song is also atrocious. It's not even remotely entertaining or moving. I'd rather remove my spleen with a spoon then listen to it again.

Just looking at the still image: who would have guessed that a Middle Eastern Jew of 2000 years ago would look so European? I guess all those Renaissance painters got it right after all!

this looks even less appealing than Gibson's 2004 offering, which is saying alot. The whiny, middle of the road synth and guitar ballad just kills it for me. Whats wrong with traditional biblical judean wind instruments?

It would be nice if they could choose even a slightly semitic looking actor to play the lead protagonist.

They need to spice it up a bit with demons and special effects. Maybe make Jesus have Jedi powers, and a light saber, or fight vampires.
