What do you mean "tolerate it"?
I strive to tolerate people who have ideas I disagree with. That might not be the same thing as tolerating the ideas (not sure what that is). Tolerating people with different ideas might mean ignoring or avoiding the ideas, by sticking to what those other people and I have in common.
