This is a poll intended for Muslims. If you attend multiple places of worship, please answer honestly the questions, as they still apply regardless of how many places of worship (or none), as question will apply to some/one, the answers should cover all possibilities.
You can answer anonymously and addition state your position in more detail publicly should you wish.
I define Apostasy as purposely leaving and rejecting the Islamic faith that is the definition that should be used when answering this question.
I cannot include other definitions for the purposes of this survey such as like mocking god, worshiping idols, syncretism, and anything else willfully harmful to the faith. I cover this under blasphemy/heresy which will form part of the answers.
