is there a false prophet? is there an antichrist ? 2 seperate people?

well the theory i heard was that islam countries was the beast( 7 heads ) .
and that antichrist was the beast from the earth,.

well i thought antichrist would be declare him self to be god.... and has his own satan army. the mark of the beast.

Actually, this "beast" was the Imperial cult, and it was particularly intended to refer to Nero. It all refers to the culture and issues of the time-period.
