Harf, do you have plans to send yourself over and start hiring people?

I think that there is a point of no return with any sort of evil ideology, and that the only thing left for the rest of us to do is to fight back in a death struggle (white supremacist idiots like Randy Weaver, the Order, and the Aryan Nations were on the other side of the state line from here I live, and that was definitely the only way to deal with them). But it's a different story when it comes to impressionable youths who are alienated from mainstream society (such as Muslims in Europe), and who face little or no economic prospects (a reality in both the Middle East and Muslim ghettos in Europe). So, yes, giving perspective recruits hope for something better in this life, including employment possibilities can save them from fanatics like ISIS.
