She says that Planet Fitness was wrong for letting a man into the women's locker room, as that violated the sex discrimination act and other laws, and constituted sexual harassment. Planet Fitness claims they have a policy of no one questioning whether someone is a man or woman, which extends to its members apparently, and will allow anyone who identifies as a woman, no matter the commitment shown to transition, into the women's locker room.
