I thought it was just me and my dad going crazy. Apparently my grandma was even more obsessed with Jewish stuff. She's Catholic, but apparently she couldn't stop talking about Anne Frank and she wore a scarf with a menorah on it. She also has a menorah at her house. She also enjoys listening to obscure Jewish folk music. Don't know much about her obsession. I know it's been going on for decades.
