In a case here a court seems to have obliged the sons to see their father despite their reluctance, with such results...

Cases like this are rare, but sad. Clearly a narcissist. There stories are fodder for newspaper like this though, they love to drip feed information get people speculating like crazy.

I actually disagree with legal marriage and therefore. In the case of child custody generally you should have a shared responsibility and shared access.

Because parent can sadly be manipulative in the case of splits. It can be difficult to tell who is telling the truth.

The children's wishes should be taken into account, but they are not immune from manipulation too. In this case with accusations of violence it shouldn't have happened without supervision.

There has been a lot of criticism of access right for men, at least traditional in divorce cases.

This case is classical narcissism, pretty much text book.

That's pretty much how it goes here in the US. When it's one parents turn to have custody under the court's ruling the kids have to go to thier house, like it or not.
