Are 'conservatives' changing their minds on incest now?

Clearly the Republican nominee has the hots for his daughter... so, is this something deliberately ignored, or ultimately put on the side along with every epithet ever mentioned? How does the psychology work here? These are supposed to be evangelical Christians in favour of him? Since when did that include incest, or is it just a recent American development in the fundamentalism camp? But someone 'conservative' really usually approves of a 40-years age difference, at any rate?

I think Trump is self-destructing, and might not last the month of August as the Republican nominee.

Let us take the High Road, and just let Trump make the mistakes.

No but there is a strain of SJWs that are changing their minds about pedophilia and probably incest as well, they support all forms of hedonism obviously no matter how sick. This is actually something quite real and disturbing, look it up.

fwiw I don't think there's anything morally wrong with incest between consenting adults. If Trump had put his daughter up for adoption, and then met her when they were thirty and they'd started a relationship, I'd have no problem with that.

Woody Allen did something similar:

he married a person who was technically his stepdaughter: his wife's adopted daughter. It's not really incest, because she was neither his, nor her, biological daughter.

I don't know if he actually raised her. If he acted like a "father" at any time, I would feel that the marriage was "questionable" somehow, though it's perfectly legal. If not, then there's no concern.

The age difference does not play into it at all. It's the previous relationship.

I wasn't even thinking of legalities, just their supposed 'morals'... I even thought they'd only vote for other Christians, but this nominee is clearly only putting up a front with that too. And then there's also the fact he's already married... unless all Christians are now Mormons. In all likelihood, at any rate, like they do with their own bible, they merely selectively clamp onto whatever took their fancy and just blissfully close themselves off to everything else, whether it's policies, opinions, or personal circumstances.
