a personified creator, destroyer and maintainer. not just this part either
it fascinates me how separately developed religions all understand theres a cycle in everything. i personally believe quantum physics will be the bridge between religion and science. buddhism, with my current knowledge, is my favorite. they practice lucid dreaming in the form of meditation. buddhism seems to have only the creator and destroyer, yin and yang. the maintenance is implied through a constant balance

Many forms of Buddhism are nontheistic and do not believe in any creator god, that does or does not maintain anything.
Many pagan paths, on the other hand, have many creator and destroyer gods that are equal to each other, none of them created or destroyed by "one," an all encompassing greater god.
Religion has subtleties like this. I don't believe you can accurately lump them all in as having identical elements in common.
