FBI agents:Comey stood in the way of Clinton invesitigation
According to an interview transcript given to The Daily Caller, provided by an intermediary who spoke to two federal agents with the bureau last Friday, agents are frustrated by Comey’s leadership.
“This is a textbook case where a grand jury should have convened but was not. That is appalling,” an FBI special agent who has worked public corruption and criminal cases said of the decision. “We talk about it in the office and don’t know how Comey can keep going.”
The agent was also surprised that the bureau did not bother to search Clinton’s house during the investigation.
“We didn’t search their house. We always search the house. The search should not just have been for private electronics, which contained classified material, but even for printouts of such material,” he said.
“There should have been a complete search of their residence,” the agent pointed out. “That the FBI did not seize devices is unbelievable. The FBI even seizes devices that have been set on fire.”
Another special agent for the bureau that worked counter-terrorism and criminal cases said he is offended by Comey’s saying: “we” and “I’ve been an investigator.”
After graduating from law school, Comey became a law clerk to a U.S. District Judge in Manhattan and later became an associate in a law firm in the city. After becoming a U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, Comey’s career moved through the U.S. Attorney’s Office until he became Deputy Attorney General during the George W. Bush administration.
After Bush left office, Comey entered the private sector and became general counsel and Senior Vice President for Lockheed Martin, among other private sector posts. President Barack Obama appointed him to FBI director in 2013 replacing out going-director Robert Mueller.
“Comey was never an investigator or special agent. The special agents are trained investigators and they are insulted that Comey included them in ‘collective we’ statements in his testimony to imply that the SAs agreed that there was nothing there to prosecute,” the second agent said. “All the trained investigators agree that there is a lot to prosecuted but he stood in the way.”
He added, “The idea that [the Clinton/e-mail case] didn’t go to a grand jury is ridiculous.”
According to Washington D.C. attorney Joe DiGenova, more FBI agents will be talking about the problems at bureau and specifically the handling of the Clinton case by Comey when Congress comes back into session and decides to force them to testify by subpoena.
DiGenova told WMAL radio’s Drive at Five last week, “People are starting to talk. They’re calling their former friends outside the bureau asking for help. We were asked to day to provide legal representation to people inside the bureau and agreed to do so and to former agents who want to come forward and talk. Comey thought this was going to go away.”
He explained, “It’s not. People inside the bureau are furious. They are embarrassed. They feel like they are being led by a hack but more than that that they think he’s a crook. They think he’s fundamentally dishonest. They have no confidence in him. The bureau inside right now is a mess.”
He added, “The most important thing of all is that the agents have decided that they are going to talk.”

What a whitewashing, it's pathetic that this can happen right in front of our eyes and it be obvious to all those smart enough to go looking. Comey stopped a real investigation from happening because of politics, those immunity deals have no other explanation. Now the FBI agents are finally speaking up about this gross miscarriage of justice. If any of us had done what Hillary had done, we would be in a prison cell for a lot of years. Hillary Clinton is a criminal through and through.
I have a friend of a friend of a friend who was doesn't like his boss, he claims his boss is a major asshat....rest of story below...
edit: of course I can't name you who those friends are, because that doesn't matter-- only that his boss is an asshat.

The FBI Monday released 100 pages of documents relating to its investigation of Clinton’s private email server. The documents incorporate summaries of several interviews the FBI conducted, including one with a woman who served as an agent with the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) during Clinton’s time as secretary of state.
During her interview, the agent said Clinton treated agents rudely and with contempt, and was so unpleasant that senior agents typically avoided being on her security detail.
“[Redacted] explained that CLINTON’s treatment of DS agents on her protective detail was so contemptuous that many of them sought reassignment or employment elsewhere,” the interview summary says. “Prior to CLINTON’s tenure, being an agent on the Secretary of State’s protective detail was seen as an honor and privilege reserved for senior agents. However, by the end of CLINTON’s tenure, it was staffed largely with new agents because it was difficult to find senior agents willing to work for her.”
The agent added that she had spoken to several Secret Service agents who reported similar poor treatment from Clinton. (RELATED: Hillary Endangered State Dept. Staff For Photo Ops)
The agent’s claim about awful treatment from Clinton is backed up by some claims from ex-Secret Service agents. Author Ronald Kessler has written several books about the Secret Service, and claims about Clinton treating agents nastily in private are numerous (Bill and Chelsea Clinton, on the other hand, are described positively).
According to the agent, Clinton didn’t just treat agents poorly. She reportedly disrespected U.S. ambassadors with her routine breaches of diplomatic protocol.
“From her own experience, and information obtained through [redacted] and other agents, [redacted] described a ‘stark difference’ between [Condoleezza] RICE and CLINTON with regard to obedience to security and diplomatic protocols,” the summary says. “RICE observed strict adherence to State Department security and diplomatic protocols while CLINTON frequently and ‘blatantly’ disregarded them.”
The agent said that it is standard diplomatic and security protocol for the secretary of state to travel by armored limousine with the U.S. ambassador when visiting a foreign country.
“CLINTON refused to do so, instead choosing to be accompanied in the limousine by her Chief of Staff, HUMA ABEDIN. This frequently resulted in complaints by ambassadors who were insulted and embarrassed by this breach of protocol,” the summary says. Clinton’s breaches of protocol, it adds, were “well-known throughout Diplomatic Security and were ‘abundant.'”

The allegations surfaced in documents released Monday by the FBI in connection with the investigation into Clinton's private email practices. Much of the documents center on internal disputes over email classification levels, but the interview with the unnamed diplomatic security agent offers a window into how her own detail viewed her actions early in her tenure.
The official, who was tasked with protecting Clinton, claimed agents had the perception she was using her position to campaign for president and were unhappy about her alleged disregard for security protocol.
State Department deputy spokesperson Mark Toner responded as follows: "We aren’t going to parse a personal opinion or impression conveyed in this interview summary. What we can say is that leaders here at the State Department take matters of security seriously, as well as the direction and counsel provided by Diplomatic Security personnel. In the last batch of 302s, the head of Diplomatic Security during Secretary Clinton’s tenure described her as ‘very responsive to security issues.’ Every Secretary of State and his or her immediate staff work closely with Diplomatic Security to make sure that Department business can be carried out in a variety of security conditions."
The official said “agents were indignant that they were required to follow security policy but [Clinton] made herself exempt from the same regulations.” This was on display during a 2009 visit to Indonesia, where the agent said Clinton overrode security recommendations to stay out of potentially hostile areas in Jakarta.
Agents on the team felt Clinton’s behavior put the traveling party in “unnecessary danger in order to conduct a photo opportunity for 'her election campaign,'” the document says.
“…[the DS advance team] recommended in writing that this excursion be stricken from the schedule but were told by DS management that it was going to happen because ‘she wanted it,’” the document says.
“It was also believed that [Clinton] disregarded security and diplomatic protocols, occasionally without regard for the safety of her staff and protection detail, in order to gain favorable press.”
The unnamed agent also said that Clinton’s “poor treatment” of her security detail was so “contemptuous” that many agents sought reassignment or employment elsewhere. Consequently, Clinton’s security detail was staffed by younger, less experienced officers.
“…[B]y the end of Clinton’s tenure, it was staffed largely with new agents because it was so difficult to find senior agents willing to work for her,” the document says.
"It is patently untrue that senior agents would not work for Secretary Clinton. Secretary Clinton’s detail was appropriately staffed throughout her tenure," said State Department deputy spokesperson Mark Toner.

I believe these articles----especially the ones about her being extremely rude, etc., cuz I've been reading articles like these since Bill was in the White House (retired, or otherwise employed, White House Staff said she was rude, mean, nasty, etc., as well). Another thing that I find most interesting, is about every other political show that I see, with them talking about Hillary, they say how much she's disliked in Washington (including The Hill, and other agencies), and that Democrats who said they'd NEVER, in a million years, vote for Hillary, are now changing their minds, just so they don't vote for Trump.
As for the FBI articles saying Comey obstructed proper procedures: I would give almost ANYTHING if these agents WOULD come-forward with their testimonies, and so-forth----ESPECIALLY the bit about them not searching the Clintons' residences. As others have said, if this were ANYBODY else, they would've been rotting in prison.
Bottom line, IMO, she thinks she's above-the-law, and that she deserves better treatment than everybody else (meaning, she thinks she's special and it doesn't matter about anyone else; in regard to her treatment of the FBI agents).
