It's true Chelsea Manning had a serious, misdiagnosed neuro developmental disorder which would cause her to be exceptionally vulnerable to nervous strain, poor decision making and clouded judgment which she demonstrated while on active duty yet was never relieved. Does anyone find it weird no one did anything when they first noticed problems? Why was the military so lax? And why should Chelsea Manning be held fully responsible considering her documented medical history?

Sadly I don't think mental health grants immunity on such matters, which is a shame because there are several high profile politicians who divulge classified information and remain immune.
