Despite what the Televangelists babble, "America" was not founded as a Christian Nation. It is neither Christian nor a Nation, in any sense of either term. No, "America" was founded upon Deism, a Freemasonic concept. Indeed, it is precisely a couple of countries, over in Europe, that "Americans" tend to hate with all their hearts and souls, which werefounded on the Christian Religion: namely, Russia and Germany. And that is precisely why they have been, historically speaking, more than a bit anti-Jewish.
I may explain, shortly, what Deism actually is. I suppose, I am one. And only from Deism came the idea of a Separation of Church and State, and only from the Separation of Church and State came the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment of The U.S. Constitution, that states that any born within the borders of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is, legally speaking, a U.S. Citizen.
Indeed, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA was originally meant to be a Constitutional Republic, and, I may add, a Secular one at that. At any rate, it was meant to be neutral when it came to religion. I can keep on at this for a long time.
