It's funny how one of their objectives is to end constitutional over reaches while nearly every other item (there are a few that are not) are constitutional over reaches.

That is pretty funny but remember Obama was a 'constitutional law professor and that only seem to educate him in ways to get around it.

Lets see them actually put their money where there mouth is and go after Democrats, creating another party isn't the best idea. Study the Tea Party, they were willing to primary the establishment candidates they didn't like even if it meant getting a candidate that was less likely to win. Democrats will never win if they're scared of ever challenging the authority of the Clintons or the big money Democrats. Minor parties really are just a waste of time.

Funny
They use old stats to support their ideas.
They'll just as out of touch as rest of democrats

Also they think the republicans are rigging the system and so want to do a constitutional amendment to stop them which will require a majority of republican support to do. We won't likely ever see another amendment

The platform sounds like classic Marxist agitprop-lots of lofty statements and zero particulars. Overall, it sounds like they want America to become someplace like Sweden, where socialism has worked so well that zillions of immigrants have taken advantage of lax borders and flooded in, making vast "no-go" areas in major cities where ethnic Swedes, even police, cannot tread. Malmo, Sweden's third city, is basically one big pit of non-Swedes, the crime rate has soared, ethnic Swedes have been forced out, and everybody lives off welfare. Sweden is at real risk of becoming minority Swedish. Keep in mind that Sweden has been Swedish for many centuries before Columbus sailed. New Leftism means that Swedes have lost their homeland, a homeland they have far more justification for than White Americans have for the US. In addition, I don't seem much of this platform being very popular in Flyover Country. Looking at the county vote totals in 2016, it seems that most of America has utterly rejected "compassionate leftism". The Left's response is that the rednecks simply need to be "educated" as to the truth of leftism, which conjures up images of gulags, and with good reason.

Democrats will never be a friend of the middle class.

That's where they get the money to pay for their programs, like Obamacare.

Defensively, the middle class has to vote Republican.

What? The neoliberal donor class that funds the Republican party is deliberately destroying the middle class. The only people who have benefited for the past several decades are the rich. The middle class is slowly but surely joining the ranks of the poor.
