Map of Gerrymandering in the current congress

Hey fellas check out the map I created which shows the level of gerrymandering in the US House.

Dark Red States are states that fail to give representation to 30-50% of the population
States in light red fail to give representation to 10 to 20% of the of the population.
States in Light blue avoid giving representation to 5 to 10% of the population.
States in blue have lack of representation for less than 5% of the population.

I have discounted small states that have at large districts. Since you can't really judge them. It would be unfair to say Wyoming is gerrymandering as it fails to give representation to 28% of the population since it is only allowed one congressman.
