It is not surprising that it is being used to manipulate a segment of the population.

You've just described most trump voters.

You mean all the electors who voted for Trump who individually received thosands of insane death threats via Twitter, Facebook, instagram, tumbler, email, snailmail etc from Hillary voters? Who are now accusing most Trump supporters of being Russian spies? I would think there are certain areas Hillary supporter types whould do best to stay away from, since they have far exceeded anything they can point a finger at others for.

He said most if you need to insulate yourself from an accurate observation about most but certainly not all Trump supporters.

The idea though is to promote a stereotype that Trump voters are the scum of the earth.

How would you characterize Trump voters, then? As people who simply enjoy a joke?

You're assuming most Trump voters use twitter or social media. Most I know, don't.

I'm sure they have been enjoying the insane antics of Hillary voters since November. Well except for all those who have been physically and verbally attacked and threatened in public by Hillary voters.

That would be a bit much, most are normal, decent people. A few happen to be raging neo-nazis and outspoken trolls. Perhaps those people shouldn't be allowed to speak almost exclusively for Trump voters to avoid Trump supporters being characterized as such.

The contents of thousands of threats and insults each one the electors who voted for Trump received, shows exactly what the mentality is regarding this matter.
Anyone who is a Trump supporter is put into the category of neo-nazi or neo-nazi sympathizer/apologist by them. And you wink as if that's supposed to be all cutesy.

The contents of millions of threats and insults directed towards their opponents by extremist Trump supporters is at least as relevant as the pile their opponents have directed back. If Trump supporters don't want to be considered as Nazi sympathizers and enablers, stop enabling them and stop openly sympathizing with them. (Not you personally, but collectively and consistently).
You keep pretending this is one-sided and therefore shouldn't complain when you're portrayed as dishonest. You can recognize that giving cover to neo-nazis within the alt-right opens you to be compared to them or you can complain it's unfair to be considered fellow travellers with them when you gladly travel with them. At best you can point out that liberals are starting to do this with the radical left, and you'd be right and in a few years they might be as bad as the far-right - in which time the right will either have addressed their own alt-right infection and be on the road to recovery or will still be ahead of the far-left as far as lacking civility.

In other words anyone who's pro-Trump is ultimately enabling and sympathizing with racist/sexist/homophobic/Islamophobic/xenophobic/redneck/neo-nazis. A very transparent attempt at control through labeling agenda. Personally I'm not so much pro-Trump as against that agenda. Such people speaking of tolerance and civility is ludicrous at this point. These folks need to drastically clean up their act before they can get back on their high horse. Well actually it's too late for that really. Their reputation has been damaged beyond repair. Quite sad really.

You lay with dogs, you get fleas. Deal with it. Just because it's not politically correct to point this out doesn't make it untrue or unfair.
