My father was heavily into this mind bending cult. He kept on babbling and babbling, "The World is made up, in language, in our speaking and listening." The first time he babbled such drivel, I thought that he was going mad, or at any rate was entering early senility.

When I actually told him how cruel others were to me, he would also babble, "I know it is a story you tell yourself." And added, "Can you change the story, can you change the story?" He was brainwashed into assuming he could, in his turn, brainwash others. And, he also always endeavored to convert others to Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Now, my father, he fancies himself a philosopher! He is nothing of the sort. If anything, he is more than a bit of a dullard.
