Poland was Communist country but still quite liberal by the socialist standard, on of my older neighbor said that we fortunately never reached such progress like it was in Soviet Union, or North Korea, other of my neighbor joked that Ruscy (slur word for Russians : ( ) Make Huge mistake by taking Poland as Eastern Part of Germany know as GDR, because we Poles and Germans basically ******(with help from America and Great Britain) that whole communist paradise of their
I'm Catholic not very practicing one but still , now Jehovah Witness want convert their into their religion
My late mother usually always tried to get rid them quickly, even trough she said that she had friend (the other woman) who was JW?
My mother once asked her if she was not afraid of the SB (Our Polish Communist secret police), for so stalking foreign people in a secular and atheistic state so to speak, and she replied that not so much that once their preacher had caught an agent SB, but that agent of the secret police, gave him only ticket , and said that he would not beat him or make a standard talk about Marxism-Leninism because it will not do anything, because their level of indoctrination is higher than in Catholics (most Poles are Catholics ) and that political officers (responsible for communist propaganda) of the Polish Army should learn from them, my mom when she was still among living take this as badge honor, but in shy in that rare occasion was on side of communists ![]()
y mother said that her friend was angry with our communist then Poland, that when one of their followers becomes something bad ill, our medical rescuers do not count their religious principles, because when you need to carry out blood transfusions, which is forbidden in their church, paramedics are applying to the People Family Court (that was celled back than) for a temporary termination of parental rights, and doctors and paramedics decide for them ![]()

Its kind of hard to follow what you're saying because of your broken English (which is nonetheless better how I can write/speak in any non English language).
Now that Communism has fallen the former Communist part of the world is ripe for missionaries from the West (especially from the US). So representatives of the most evangelical creeds (the sects most eager to "spread the good news") flock eastward to the former Communist Bloc and former Soviet Union: mainly Protestant Evangelicals, Mormons, and Jehovah's Witnesses.
Though each of those creeds have roots in Christianity the last two are actually quite heretical in their theologies, and are not really considered "Christian" by Catholics, Protestants, and the Eastern Orthodox churches because of their odd beliefs. So if you're thinking of leaving Catholicism for something else just keep that in mind.
The Mormons add a whole third book to the Bible (Jews have the Old Testament, Christians added the New Testament, but in the 19th Century Mormon founder Joseph Smith added a whole third "book of Mormon"). This third book has stories about Jesus sailing to America to convert the Indians, and other imaginative stuff. The Hobbit is probably more entertaining, and has about the same amount of historical accuracy.
The JWs believe that Christ was really a particular angel, and that he went back to being that angel after they murdered him on a stake. And that they murdered him on a stake instead of on a cross (sounds to me like they just made that part up so that their religion could have a distinctive trademark. A straight line instead of cross, but whatever floats their boat).

JWs ware in Poland even before WW2 from i heard, and they spread their religion even during communism even if that was illegal back than.
Yes. There were JWs all over Europe before the war. And they were among the many groups targeted for extermination by the Nazis, and many died in the death camps.
But they kept on going with their proselytizing even after the war, and apparently even in Communist countries where religion was discouraged.
The late Michael Jackson was a JW, and would do his duty of going to door to door to preach, but do it in disguise.
Here is an interesting video about JW (it is not favorable but has a heart for those in it)

That is interesting. Seems to have been made in the Eighties.
Got about half way through the hour documentary so far.
Apparently Harold Camping, a current radio preacher, wasn't the first to cry wolf about end times more than once, and have to change dates (and yet keep his following even after having made wrong prophecies).
Also I have seen flaky pseudoscience authors profiled on the History channel talking about the Pyramids, and about how "the great Pyramid is the Bible in stone", and how if you study dimensions in the Pyramid it somehow correlates with dates in history (history after the pyramids were built like the dates of the two world wars) and how it supposedly predicts the end of the world. This doc shows that these current Pyramidologists apparently got their ideas about the Pyramid from that guy who founded the JWs over a hundred years ago. Just slightly embellishing upon his century old BS.
Jehovah's Witnesses are repulsive.
Telling people not to get blood transfusions is murder and society should deal with it accordingly.

Murder? is quite strong word.
From what i knew that standard practice in Poland since communist time is that if it comes to underages JWs familly court ovrride parents if it come to blood transfusion. We can debate about freedom of religion and expression in Poland and elsewhere, but if adult refuse transfusion but if kid is being coerced to do so if one big WTF!? But on other hand if someone even teenage kid does this geniusly, does the Government should force him/her to do something else is ethical ?
Not much, as they cannot argue well for their God.
All that type of religion, which is based on the supernatural, began the same basic way which is shown in this well done clip.
