I think that some actually do politicize their sexuality.

There are even people who force themselves to change their sexual identity and make it part of their politics. For example the whole so called MGTOW (men going their own way) movement are simply political asexuals or political gays, and it is ridiculous. There is a female equivalent of MGTOWs among radical feminists - political lesbians or political asexuals - and they are equally ridiculous. I think that this thing (boycotting the opposite sex romantically) was actually invented by 2nd wave feminists, MGTOWs later copied that ideology.

I don't like an: "In your face attitude", but then I could be accused of that in regards to my attitude to being on the spectrum...

But there is a huge, huge difference...
It isn't right for them...
But it is right for me...

I don't know if MGTOW or the whole "manosphere" can be directly compared to the side of feminism, it's more of a defense. If certain women's groups want to play the game of radicalism, why can't/won't certain men's groups play it the same way?

Given that gay and trans conservatives exist, it clearly isn't that common.

Removing yourself from the gene pool sounds more like boycotting whatever cause you claim to support than anything else to me.
