I already cast my ballot! Midterm elections today! Today's votes will determine if the current administration can carry out the budget cuts it has proposed. Which is great if you are wealthy and not so great if you depend on government programs to get by.

I'm voting later for Republicans, so we can get Tax Cut 2.0 and 10% middle class tax cuts.

Tax Cut 2.0
-make Tax Cut 1.0 permanent
-$2,000 Universal Savings account (essentially a $2,000 easy withdraw ROTH account)
-Remove maximum age contribution limit on IRA accounts
-ability to expense $20,000 for a startup business

Tax Cut 1.0 ....

We voted a couple of weeks ago during 'early voting'.

Given the choice between a golden retriever and a Republican, I'd vote for the big yellow dog.

Republicans Themselves Crush Trump Lie About New Middle Class Tax Cut
Trump tax cut 1.0 only benefitted rich
Tax cut 2.0 favors rich
Trump lies 30 times a day

Voted 2 weeks ago, for a handful of candidates from both parties.

I mostly wanted to vote for Mike Collier for Lt. Gov.

...I am in the hospital, and I was down, thinking I would miss out... :( but I was told that the hospital has ballots you can get and fill out. This is good - ASSUMING that they follow through :| . We'll...

No. I sat this one out. I looked into third-party and independent candidates in my state, but none of them appealed to me.

No, at this time I'm moving. I didn't feel it was ethical to vote for government leadership of a state that I'm leaving.

Also, I checked the voter registration rules which say one must haved lived here a certain amount of time and also not be intended to leave soon, so I decided to follow that guideline.
