How much more proof is needed? Tre45on just gave more aid and comfort to our enemies!

Yes, I know, HuffPost leans liberal.

I dunno, what exactly did it take for the Germans to finally realize that Hitler was evil? Maybe a big war and many of their own people being killed by allied countries who were fed up with their BS? :?

Cause an "unnamed" source says so...

1. Trump is dividing the country instead of uniting it.
2. Trump shut down the government.
3. Doesn't pay his taxes.
4. Makes choices that hurt instead of helping the country.
5. Always is trying to befriend Russia (Putin is tricking Trump into thinking that they are friends. He hacked the election, so that we would have a weaker president, so Putin can attack the country easily.)
Tell me, is that enough?

I agree with all that but sadly, nope. You know as well as I do that his supporters will love him no matter what he does. He could throw a baby off of Trump Tower right before the press and his people would still say anything to defend him and attack anybody who dares to get angered by what he did.

President Trump Is the Second-Most Admired Man in America, Gallup Poll Finds

Quote:
Donald Trump may be the current president, but in terms of who Americans most admire, his predecessor and the person he beat in the 2016 election top the list.

Barack Obama edged his successor as the most admired man for 2017, a Gallup poll finds, marking the first time since 2008 when a sitting president didn’t win the annual accolade. Hillary Clinton, meanwhile, is the woman Americans most admire for the 16th year in a row.

It was a close race. Seventeen percent of those surveyed named Obama as the man they most admire, to 14 percent for Trump. To no surprise, there was a wide partisan split, with 35 percent of Republicans saying Trump was most admired man of the year, and 39 percent of Democrats picking Obama.

“Trump’s unpopularity is holding him back from winning the most admired distinction,” Gallup’s Jeffrey Jones wrote. “The incumbent president is the usual winner, since he is arguably the most prominent figure in the country — but when the president is unpopular, other well-known and well-liked men have been able to finish first.”

Others receiving votes as most admired man this year include Pope Francis, Billy Graham, John McCain, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and the Dalai Lama.

Most people laughed at him when he said he can shoot somebody on Fifth Avenue and his supporters will still love him.

None that matters.

What matters to people ...

1. ECONOMY - Government stats shows crazy, 50 year low unemployment.
2. RELIGION - Trump seems to be the most pro-religious supporting president in my life.
3. IMMIGRATION - TRUMP seems to be the most anti-illegal immigration/deportation president in my life.
4. PRO-Conservative Judges - Trump seems to be effective at confirming conservative judges
5. TARIFFS -The most pro-union president in my life. He even calls himself , "MR. Tariff".
6. TAX CUTS - the most tax cuts of any president in my life.

Trump would seem to have strong appeal to single issue voters.

UAW President Dennis Williams praises Trump's tariff approach

Read the article again. The writer says unnamed location, but Trump turns around and Tweets the location, according to the article.

so what? He was voted in because the other thing had failed, yet was still the predominant way of doing things. The only way Trump could fail is if he pulled back his latex mask and revealed himself to be Hillary or Obama or both.

Just in case you thought that treason was some new low for the Republican Party.
Republicans urged Iran to keep Americans hostage
Reagan's 'October Surprise'
Nixon conspired with Hanoi in '68
All of my life, the Republican Party has been the party of traitors.

Or he simply proves to be an even worse president, which I believe he already has. :D

I mean seriously we can't even deny that he has driven a giant wedge between the Americans who support him and the Americans who hate him. He has encouraged hatred and increased tension. What exactly about that makes him better than Obama or Hillary? You know that any REAL leader would do anything to unite his people together, not tear them apart by encouraging them to hate each other.

This stupid imbecile with too much money is a failure as our country's leader and the sooner you people open your eyes and realize that like the rest of us have then the better we will all be! Or maybe not, the damage he is doing might be irreversible.

I would say it shows more that Trump is an idiot----rather than Trump being a traitor.

I'm not saying that any of the people mentioned above even had an interest in being a REAL leader.
Democracy in a liberal/neoliberal order is not a mechanism of making decisions (because, as Hayek, the father of neoliberalism, wrote: all democracy tends towards socialism), but a mechanism of legitimizing a sovereign.
I think Trump is like Brexit: it's not about Trump or leaving the EU being a great idea. Voting for any of this is a protest. And there still are enough people who have a reason to protest, enough reason to tolerate liars, racists and fools in office only to make themselves heard.
