What right does Israel have to annex Palestine?
I'm curious... what are the arguments of the U.S. politicians for supporting Israeli annexation of land from Palestine, which they've first built settlements on (illegally) and simply taken from other people?
And why do people support Israel despite these obvious crimes?

The same right that Russia has of annexing Crimea, the PRC has of annexing parts of the Philippines, and Iran of annexing parts of Iraq.

Strong people win, weak people lose.
It's not a nice society, actually this type of society goes under another name: Hell.
People like to hate the weak and exploit them and torture them. People want to live in hell, since they created hell. And humans are the worst demons amongst all living creatures.

Trump is not the only one to be evil. Not the first one - and not the last one.
It is the nature of mankind to be as cruel as possible, because most humans are sadistic psychopaths only awaiting for their oppertune moment to strike (as is evident in all mainstream history books). Only a minority are good people.

Slight shift in topic: Law is enforceable through institutions, while Ethics generally is not. The only way to enforce an ethical resolution to the Israeli/Palestinian conflict is through war, yet war without conquest is a quagmire -- why fight a war with no clearly-defined victory conditions and no gain in territory?

if you believe might makes right, then israel has every right to annex palestine.
and the golan heights.
and every other desert wasteland it sees fit.
if you actually have a functioning sense of morality, though, the answer is none.

this reminds me of a line from family guy
yes, the meek will inherit the earth....
...after the strong are done with it.

A quick editorial on "Might makes Right"
"Might makes Right" does not mean the mighty are always right, it means the mighty decide what is right. This is because the weak have no power to control the actions of the mighty, but the mighty have the power to control the actions of the weak.
Certain pop television has been surprisingly pointed on this:
Jack Sparrow: "The only rules that really matter are what a man can do, and what a man can't do"
Supernatural:
Baldur: "You think you own the planet? What gives you the right?"
Lucifer: "No one gives us the right. We take it!"
How does this apply to Israel? Israel can do whatever it wants unless a mightier country intervenes to prevent it. Whether you think they have a right to annex Gaza is irrelevant unless you have the power to prevent it.

So... That's all ages, since forever, right?
And regarding humans being the worst creatures: dude, baboons are awful to each other. Ducks have raped each other for so long that duck genitals have evolved in a sort of arms race.
Almost all orangutan sex is rape.
Female bedbugs don't even have an orifice for procreation - but male bedbugs have very pointy penises.
Spider babies eat their mothers.
And chimps and gorillas kill the children of former tribe leaders.
Don't even get me started on hippopotami.
Stating that humans are the worst only makes sense if moral judgements on animals are allowed. And then we simply are not the worst.
If animals can't be morally judged, then humans are the worst. But also the best.... Humans are in a superposition of both the best and the worst.

And let's not forget the icing on the cake:

I have a feeling that peace will be impossible with this nation....
You'd think that the Israelis would have learned something about racism from the period of history they share with Germany.

For peace to be achieved in that area, Palestine needs to be under one leadership. It can't be done with Fatah controlling the West Bank, but Hamas controlling Gaza. A complete retaking of Gaza by Fatah is the #1 best solution.
