I get that Blue is conservative and red is progressive...
It's the other way around. Blue is bleeding-heart latte liberals and red is gun-totin', Bible-thumpin' conservatives.naturalplastic wrote:
But what does orange mean? And what does turquois mean?
Moderate left and moderate right, respectively. We all just got through talking above about how its the OPPOSITE of the US convention. And I even said that again. in my above post.
IN CANADA blue is conservative, and red is progressive. Opposite of how we do it.
That's three times we have all explained it to you.
And on top of that ...if you looked at the map in the linked article you could see how the province in question (Alberta) is deep navy blue- that color because it votes conservative (or conservative by Canadian standards).
So that's- Tim Tex, Me, and Me again, and the map in the article, each saying the same thing.
So let me reiterate: In CANADA ...blue means conservative, and red means progressive. The opposite of how we Americans do it.
Is.. saying the same darn thing five times enough for you?
Or do you want us to make you write it on the blackboard a hundred times too?
