Of course, Whites cannot be victims of racism, but they can be labeled learning disabled. Mind you, others may ridicule me for saying so, but I am almost of the suspicion that Schools, in America, induce "Learning Disabilities" in their students, in order to say they desire to help said students overcome said "Learning Disabilities." In this way, said Schools can desire money for to cure precisely what they, themselves, have in fact induced. It is like breaking a cow's legs, and pretending to get upset that the cow cannot stand up again!

This never occurred to me until I realized that the Cancer Industry fears a permanent cure for cancer, because it would put the Cancer Industry out of business. Needless, I did not like school that much. Growing up, it was one of the more unpleasant chores I ever had.

If white people can't be victims of racism then what do you call it when a person is hated and descriminated against because of their 'white' skin color?

I really don't get the difference. :|

If a white family doesn't want their daughter marrying a black man they get labelled as "racist"

But if a black family doesn't want their son marrying a white girl that's just prejudice and descrimination? As if that's somehow less wrong because they're not a white family?

People in white cultures are likely bombarded with reminders of how great white people (white cultures) are.

It would likely be considered an absurd idea that anyone is superior to them in any meaningful way.

So, some people probably conclude that white people can't be victims of racism.

I'm just saying it bothers me whenever I hear people say "only whites can be racist" because it villainizes all white people.

If a group of people were to someday decide to commit genocide on all white people in a country (which actually has happened in the past in countries like China and Japan), would that make it ok just because we were told that white people are the only ones who can be racist and therefor deserve it? :|

Well, they are bombarded with reminders about how great Great Britain is, at any rate. The Russians and Germans, by contrast, are thoroughly vilified by the US Media.

So is the American South. There's basically two types of Hollywood movies about the southern states: Civil War and Civil Rights period peices that say "Oooh look how racist the south is!" And tasteless horror movies that portray southerners as deformed cannibalistic hillbillies (Deliverance, The Hills Have Eyes, Texas Chainsaw Massacere, Wrong Turn, etc).

That is a very interesting point. Indeed, why is everyone so obsessed with The Civil War? I wonder!

Beats me? I think Americans are still living in the past when it comes to the Civil War and World War 2 because they see their victory in those two wars as crowning examples of their country's dominance over it's enemies.

But they don't want to acknowledge how much they have failed in every other war since then. They still imagine themselves to be these glorious noble heroes. It's all self-glorifying BS that speaks to our nation's ethnocentricism.

But anyways Hollowood's villainizing of Russians, Germans, and Southerners in their movies just shows that those are the white people that other white people in this country love to hate. :|

"Racism" is "prejudice plus power". A member of a minority may have racid attitudes about another race, but since the minorirty person is not part of the ruling race they are only guilty of prejudice or discrimination, but not "racism". Or that's one interpretation of the terminology. Makes sense to me.

Well I think that only applies to countries where whites control all or most of the power. A white foreigner would be out of his or her element in a country like China or Japan where the Asian people are the dominant population and control the government.

Ok, so racism is about a belief in racial dominance? From what I understand about Japanese culture they pretty much hold that same belief about their own people. They hold all foreigners including white people to a lower standard than they do their own people.
