I had an epiphany. Looking back on my life, I realize: I should give up my fixation on the History of Europe in the early 20th Century, and, Geopolitics. After all, I do not make many friends talking about such stuff. In truth, I alienated lots of people that way.
 Is it possible, I could, via an effort of will, change my Favorite Topic to another Favorite Topic? Perhaps, just perhaps, I could focus on mathematics, especially logic, instead. Still, I should avoid talking about it so often. After all, I do not wish to telegraph, to anyone, that I do have Asperger Syndrome after all.

What do the rest of you think of that? I really wonder!

Talk about what you’re interested in.

If you realize that Hitler and Stalin were BOTH monsters, and don’t seek to advocate for Hitler, then I wouldn’t have any objection to you.

You could also branch out from one topic to another. That's how I move across topics, but create a larger network of stuff I know, rather than merely unconnected dots of deep knowledge.

Of course. Still, what is interesting is that Sir Winston Churchill was quite an evil man himself. All three could have been diagnosed as psychopaths.

Sure. But the death toll each inflicted, and the ideology they followed, make the difference.
Like, the whole point of Hitler was to commit genocide. For him, ww2 was the necessary byproduct of his endeavour. Even for Stalin or Mao the killing was the byproduct, and Churchill is waaasy down the list

This is inaccurate.
Please refer to: "The Haavara Agreement".
Quote:
The Haavara Agreement (Hebrew: הֶסְכֵּם הַעֲבָרָה Translit.: heskem haavara Translated: "transfer agreement") was an agreement between Nazi Germany and Zionist German Jews signed on 25 August 1933. The agreement was finalized after three months of talks by the Zionist Federation of Germany, the Anglo-Palestine Bank (under the directive of the Jewish Agency) and the economic authorities of Nazi Germany. It was a major factor in making possible the migration of approximately 60,000 German Jews to Palestine in 1933–1939.[1]

The agreement enabled Jews fleeing persecution under the new Nazi regime to transfer some portion of their assets to British Mandatory Palestine.[2] Emigrants sold their assets in Germany to pay for essential goods (manufactured in Germany) to be shipped to Mandatory Palestine.[3][4] The agreement was controversial at the time, and was criticised by many Jewish leaders both within the Zionist movement (such as the Revisionist Zionist leader Ze'ev Jabotinsky) and outside it, as well as by members of the NSDAP and members of the German public.[4] For German Jews, the agreement offered a way to leave an increasingly hostile environment in Germany; for the Yishuv, the new Jewish community in Palestine, it offered access to both immigrant labor and economic support; for the Germans it facilitated the emigration of German Jews while breaking the anti-Nazi boycott of 1933, which had mass support among European Jews and was thought by the German state to be a potential threat to the German economy.[4][5]

Hitler's initial desire was to expel the Jews from German territory.
Part of the problem for Hitler in regards to this aim was that most countries didn't want to accept the large numbers of migrants.
Quote:
During the next two years there was a decline in the number of emigrants. This trend may partly have been due to the stabilization of the domestic political situation, but was also caused by the strict enforcement of American immigration restrictions as well as the increasing reluctance of European and British Commonwealth countries to accept additional Jewish refugees. https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/ ... -1933-1939 https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/ ... -1933-1939

Also, refer to: "Lebensraum":
Quote:
The German concept of Lebensraum (German pronunciation: [ˈleːbənsˌʁaʊm] (About this soundlisten), "living space") comprises policies and practices of settler colonialism which proliferated in Germany from the 1890s to the 1940s. First popularized around 1901,[2] Lebensraum became a geopolitical goal of Imperial Germany in World War I (1914–1918) originally, as the core element of the Septemberprogramm of territorial expansion.[3] The most extreme form of this ideology was supported by the Nazi Party (NSDAP) and Nazi Germany until the end of World War II.[4] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lebensraum

And consider:
Anti-semitism was a stepping stone for Hitler to gain political power utilising German/European anti-Jewish bias.

I remember, I liked working on math, by myself. Was very interesting, to discover how to figure things out. I felt that I was actually getting smarter and smarter, the more I did it.

It doesn't matter what interests you, if you lecture people past the point where they become bored and lose interest it will harm your ability to form social connections.

Your interests aren't the problem, but how you express and share them might be.
