It is causing so many problems. Why doesn't God destroy it?

God, assuming such a thing exists as described, is more in the business of sending plagues.

Hmmm, do you see it that way?
More like people have different priorities.


It may basically boils down to; being clumsy and spilt some milk, then ask why did god let that happen and didn't prevent it?
Would you rather call out this idea of a god to come down here to this plane of existence, and clean the mess that clumsy person made? Why not instead make that clumsy person or yourself just grab a rug and clean up the mess, and maybe stop being clumsy or be more careful next time? Sure a person could do that, yet...

Can't humans as a collective whole do that? I dunno.



I'd rather think 'god' gave human civilization a break. Yet the human mind have different ideas.
And maybe giving the world a break against human activities in some ways, because humans are paying the price against nature at certain ways?

While there is no shame in people who would choose to panic about their livelihood and 'normalcy'...
Even said 'normalcy' is bad for the human health overall AND causes problems -- that includes coronavirus itself and worse -- to start with? What do you expect?

Because there is no god. If there was, who would want to believe in a god that allowed this pandemic to happen? Not to mention all the many other plagues and pandemics that have occurred since the beginning of human history that infected and killed many more people? Yellow fever, cholera, Spanish flu, the Black Death...seems like there hasn't been a time in history when the human race wasn't going through some sort of plague somewhere in the world.

Humans are just pathetic and weak.

He sent it as punishment for some sin were committing.

I'm sure some pastor somewhere is blaming it on gay marriage or something.

I’d rather have locusts than coronavirus.They could be toasted,and I bet they’d make dandy fish bait.Plus I wouldn’t have to feed the hens or mow the lawn.

Why didn't God destroy you the time that you poisoned an ant colony in your backyard and murdered tens of thousands of ants?

I once heard someone say when asked what God is that he was a gas

At the moment I think that the universe as good as indifferent to us

If this "God" person (or spirit, whatever it is) is real and has sent this virus to destroy some of humankind, I'm guessing that the reason would be to decrease the population a bit. This world is extremely overpopulated and that itself causes problems. Ever heard people say "we need a new plague!"? That's "God" taking that expression too literally.

Well, this coronavirus might as well be a bubonic plague, as the whole world is acting like it is, by all these lockdowns, stock-piling, isolation, laying people off and harming the future economy.
