It was a six part mini series on HBO based on the book of the same name by Philip Roth.

Kind of

“The Plot Against America” is an alternate history that follows a Jewish family in Newark, NJ when “isolationist” Charles Lindbergh defeats Franklin Roosevelt in the 1940 Presidential election.

Trump was not President in 2004 when the book was written but he was when the mini-series was written and the events of the last few years figured in several changes made in the mini-series from the book.
