Whats the one or few things that make you up.
The Things that make you you
the concepts the feelings that make you exist.

My center in life is kindness and Music.

I care for those around me, and shown compassion where i can.

Music has been my help, my drug at times, my connection to others NT and AD alike, my super power and my Crippling weakness.
its amazing how much effect it has on me. I cant dance but Im fluid with music and move thru playlists both organized and Shuffle
mode.

This is tricky to answer, not just on linking a cohesive verbiage but... around here that's getting pretty naked.

One thing I could say that's maybe giving away a bit too much and too little at the same time, I don't know who 'she' is but I've had many small encounters with her an arguably one or two big ones. It's a bit like a portal from a much better place opening up, someone smiling affectionately toward my being or looking around with curiosity at what I'm doing (rarely ever judgmental), and within a few seconds of having opened the portal closes.

Other than that - dignity, music, hoping I can leave the world a better place and leave the world better than I came in when I do leave.

There's a lot of music that cuts quite close to my core and can reliably bring me to tears. There's a particular producer who I feel a lot of identity with and I tend to post his stuff often, especially when I'm taking time to get back in touch with myself. This particular one hour piece is something I hadn't heard in full length until a bit over a year ago when I was going through one of the most trying times of my life and it's amazing that I slept on this album for 20 years just to find it at the right time, it was almost a perfect signal match for the level I was scraped down to.

And if the world's still standing by the time I die I want this played at my funeral:

Quiet contemplation of the universe and its astronomical wonders.
