I'm 31 and an Aspie. I practice meditation and I love nature and animals. I believe that I have an infinite number of lives and anything I say or do will have a cause an effect.

This is my own beliefs.

What religion should you follow?
It sounds like your already a student of eastern mysticism.
I can't speak as to whether Budism or Hinduism is best for you but it definitely seems like your already headed in that direction.

I'm not sure anyone can really answer that sort of question but yourself...The best option would be to look into various religions to see which one feels "right" to you.

With that said, it would appear some form of "eastern"\"oriental" religion would be a more appropriate "fit" for you than a "western" style judeo-christian religion, so you may be best placed to start your search\journey in that direction.

Maybe you should just continue to hold your own beliefs?

You might want to consider paganism of some kind such as wicca. Or, as has been said, something like Buddhism. You might want to also consider pantheism and syncretic religions if you find that more than one religion resonates with you.

take a small sprinkle from each of the ones you find most interesting and form your own path forward from there
