That looks like a threat, but a threat with what exactly? What's Cuomo going to do? Also, seems an ill-adviced threat/challenge to issue to the CIC.

Also: sort of like two gorillas displaying to each other (banging chest, etc.) with no intention of carrying out the "threat."

That Cuomo and Trump don't get along cannot possibly be considered "news", can it?
