Yeah... while I would love everyone to be as respectful as possible, I would also love it if people did their best to avoid demanding others to "walk on eggshells" around them.
I used to correct everyone who pronounced words improperly (i.e., "feb-YOO-airy" instead of "feb-ROO-airy").
Now I just confine such corrections to typed speech; but I'm tapering off on that, as well (with great effort, I might add).
