I thought Trump did poorly.

When debating ACA (Obamacare) he failed to mention Biden wants to bring back the mandate.

Trump didn't look presidential or intellectual.

Trump was so bad, he interrupted the moderator.

Trump suggested the moderator was biased, when the moderator was simply trying to ask his question.

Trump was so bad, I couldn't watch anymore, and turned it off.

As far as the Dems, your right,Biden will never be president,him winning just secures the White House for the democrats.

I think Trump can finish a 4 year term.

Trump was annoying and he pointed out Biden interrupted too but the moderator pointed out he (Trump) has been doing it a lot more.

I don't have television so I'm watching the debate now on YouTube.

So far Trump sounds smarter but is making himself look dumb by so much blantant interruption.

I still see no motive to vote Biden.

How do you (or they) define "winning", though?
* Is it giving your supporters more reason to vote for you?
* Is it trying to stop people, who would otherwise do so, from voting for your opponent (or convincing them to not vote instead)?
* Is it convincing undecided people to vote for you (or, at least, not to vote for your opponent)?

It would depend on what section of the population they each wish to target, and which they aren't as concerned with, and so it is possible that both may consider what happened to be a win...Or both consider it a loss.

The 'moderator' won, by protecting one candidate from all follow up questions while posing harsh questions to the other.

Trump won. Biden was doddering on and trying to regurgitate talking points but had no real facts or strategy.
