I would intuit that there is likely an abundance of atheists on this Wrong Planet
What about my spiritualists? I would say I largely fall into this category without really subscribing to it.
Example: I like crystals. I just like them. I like how they look and I like the idea that they have some kind of mystical properties. However, I also very much acknowledge that any said properties of said crystals are likely within the realm of make-believe, but this doesn't bother me. So does rose quartz really connect to the heart chakra? Is there really such thing as a heart chakra? Shrug. It feels like an arbitrary association that was made who knows when that was accepted as fact and voila. This also goes for the general concept of there being 8 energy wheels that run up the center of our bodies. Yeah? Okay? Sure why not? I'm okay with people holding this as fact, I don't necessarily think of it as fact but I guess a nice thing to think about? Not real, but I'm just more or less fine with that. I still like having crystals and minerals around, I just like how I feel looking at them. Dioptase is seriously beautiful. Does it really help with trauma? How could anyone possibly claim to know that ... I'm just fine that it's a beautiful sight to behold.
