So "Amen" a word which is totally Hebrew in origin, used almost the same in English, Hebrew, Arabic, and perhaps other older languages is now considered a sexist word!

Menstruation => Womensturation
Mandarin orange = Awomandarin orange
Semen = Sewomen
Mantis = Womantis
manifestation = womanifestation.
manager = womanger
human = huwoman
romance = rowomance
......

Woman -> wowoman -> wowowoman -> wowowowoman -> wowowowowoman -> ...

I've been using "huwomanity" for years.

People who use “womyn” might have an axe to grind with males.

Hmm but can non-native English speakers still use their language's version of amen ("aamen" here) if the "men" part doesn't mean the same thing as in English language?

So "amen" would become "apeople"

Woman would be woperson.

Human would be Huperson.

It would be an "apersonment to the Constitution".

"Semen" can stay the same for obvious reasons, but seriously, why DOES "mensturation" start with "men" anyway?

I lived in the KCMO area when Cleaver was mayor of KC, based on that I'd say the correct approach to take toward his thing is, "Yeah, yeah. Whatever. Now excuse me while I go do something productive."

I think that perhaps words that include other words within their words, don't always carry the same meaning...
just a long shot on that one....

Manual, Mandatory, Mandalorian, Mandarin all may not even have a man included in them, not always.

How angry I was before i had this realisation, going to the super market to get a box of mandarin oranges, that i was sure would have included at least one man per orange.

And how shocked I was that a man was not included inside the mandolin that I purchased.

I was also a bit saddened to find out that a mandatory was not a cross between a panda and a male UK conservative politician (Boris Johnson?)...

Actually, kind of loosely related to what i have written above.
I remember taking my niece to the local super market to go shopping when she was a small kid. Aged like 4 or 5.

And there was a brand of eggs that had pictures of egg's with funny faces, arms and legs on the boxes.
I enjoyed convincing her that the eggs inside the box were just like the pictures on the box,
with faces, arms and legs.

The first time I told her she was really excited and wanted to open all the boxes up and see the little egg people dance out the box.

Sadly the eggs inside the box didn't actually have faces, arms or legs.
I may make a complaint to consumer standard organisations for the false advertising.
