People on the left. I don't get it. He didn't create an underfunded NHS. He just helped to fund it through doing more than he should've had to. But my twitter TL has people slagging him off. He's dead for goodness sake. I don't like it when people insult the dead for little to no reason.

It's because they're jealous of what he did. They are little more than feeble little cowards who simply don't deserve the air they're breathing.
Would either (or both) of you please provide valid evidence of your claims?
Links to appropriate mainstream news (not tabloid) media articles are preferred.
Thank you.If I had it it would be in the form of a tweet.
I was going to link it but felt that to be invasive of my mutual's privacy.
It won't be covered by mainstream news as it's just some random's opinion.
If you search Twitter, you find: 99% of people being supportive of him, 0.5% of people calling him a pawn (fair enough) then 0.5% of people calling him a Tory which is ridiculous.
My opinion on morals is: it's not unethical to do something someone else ought to be doing. Yes, the NHS should already be well funded through the tax payer. But working so it's better funded through charities? Esp as an old man? That's a moral thing to do! Same as if someone else's kid is hungry, better to feed them than to let them starve.

I'm on the left. These are people I've chosen to follow in part because I agree with them politically. But I disagree with them tweeting stuff against him when he did a good thing.
