Racist Neighbor

I'm having issues with a neighbor of mine..

See seems nice, but soon I realized she was a Trump supporter, but well I can handle different political views in friends...

But then I found out the hard way she's either a compulsive liar or maybe has delusions and believes them...

But today she said when I mentioned race:
"God created us to be with same color, black should be with black, white with white!"

She doesn't seem to know I have mixed anceatory myself (Caucasian/Native American) and my late husband was Hispanic... This hurts....

Be as nice to her as she is to you, have pity on her for such close-mindedness, and keep her at arm's length. Best you can do, I guess... Though if you could get the opportunity to comment on that with a more reasonable neighbor sometime, the commiseration would probably do you good, and maybe contain her toxicity radius a little bit. But you can't actually change her mind, that's for sure, and lecturing her or "teaching her a lesson" would probably not do any good.

If Christianity objectively promoted ethnonationalism (which I'm glad it doesn't) then I'm very proud to be an atheist. If I were you I'd just stay away from this person, no ill will nor hostility - just distance.

Yeah.... Her racism is embedded in her religion. You can't change that through some casual neighbourly small-talk.
